[performance and application] 1. RPE series are insoluble in dilute (5%) alkali solution; Rpe-1720 and 1740 are dissolved in dilute (5%) acid solution; 2520 and 2525 are insoluble. Soluble in ethanol, isopropanol, toluene, mineral oil and other organic solvents; As non-ionic surfactants, they are soluble with other non-ionic, anionic and cationic surfactants and are insensitive to calcium, magnesium ions and other hard water ions in water. 2. RPE series can be used as cleaning agent for dairy industry, wine making industry and soft drink industry, cleaning agent for metal processing and other industrial cleaning agents; It can also be used as a low foaming surfactant and defoamer in dish washer cleaning and bleaching additives. When combined with other low foaming surfactants, it will get synergistic effect. 3. RPE series can be used as lubricants in synthetic metalworking fluids, release agents and synthetic spinning coatings. They are effective lubricants at slightly higher temperatures and are easy to clean without tar like residues at high temperatures. 4. RPE series is suitable for the application of printed circuit board in electronic industry. It is a good heat transfer fluid and hydraulic fluid; In the sugar industry, rpe-2520 shows good defoaming performance at about 100 ℃, which is conducive to the refining of sugar. 5. It can replace imported RPE series products.
